Soup Cake of Hue

Salmon is low in calories and saturated fat, yet high in protein, and it is a very good source of phosphorus, magnesium and vitamins essential for human health. Fried salmon with lemon extract is a delicious and memorable dish once tasted. It’s also a great dish to choose if you are watching your weight.
The salmon is filleted, then cut into hand size pieces. After being mixed with salt and pepper, the salmon is fried until golden on both sides.Normally, dishes made from salmon do not include many spices, only salt and pepper - two principle ingredients to bring out the flavours of the fish and make the dish more inspiring. Each serving of salmon is then placed onto a fire-grate with some fresh lemon slices and/or some fennel shoots. Orange or lemon is effective in reducing the fishy flavour and enhancing the attractive scent of the salmon. Fennel is commonly used in barbecue dishes and especially for those with fish. If you are cooking the fish in the oven, you should adjust the temperature accordingly to retain the fish’s vitamins. The combination of fish, fennel and lemon promises an unforgettable cuisine experience. Even better, the sauce accompanying the fried salmon is particularly unique. It’s a combination of lemon with a little butter, and with salt and pepper added depending on each person's taste. While enjoying the dish, guests may add more salt or pepper at any time. Salmon can be enjoyed with boiled asparagus which is often served as an accompaniment for this dish. Served up, the golden salmon, asparagus and sprinkling of delicious sauce are sure to get the taste buds watering.
