Enjoy Yakisoba in Saigon

In Japanese, Yaki means fried; Soba means noodles. Yakisoba noodles is a delicious food and it has a strange taste… Yakisoba has been a common dish in Japanese kitchens for nearly 500 years. Its ingredients are different in each area in Japan.


Regarded as a specific food of Japanese people, Yakisoba noodles appear in every restaurant, from local restaurants to luxurious ones. To make this dish yourself, you must prepare chopped meat, thinly sliced cabbages, onions, garlic, carrots, seaweeds, Japanese ginger, Soba noodles, mixed sauce, rice wine and sugar and some other additives. Boil noodles for 10 minutes and leave them to drain. Put some cooking oil in the saucepan; fry meat with onion, carrots and garlic; add some additives. Then, pour the noodles and sauce onto the mixture. Let it boil for about 5 minutes. After that, serve it with seaweed and ginger. This is best eaten with the special flavor of sauce.
